Rollura is a precision microneedle roller with a built-in serum reservoir — so your treatment goes on exactly where you roll, in one motion. Two tools, one hand, ninety seconds.

What it does

Plumper-looking lips. Rolling stimulates surface circulation, giving lips a fuller, more defined look. The effect is temporary and builds with consistent use.
Better product delivery. Microchannels help your serum, oil, or balm reach past the surface instead of sitting on top of it — so a smaller amount goes further.
A smoother canvas. Softens the look of dry, flaky texture, giving lipstick and gloss something even to sit on.
Built-in applicator. No decanting, no dipping, no waste. Load it once and roll.

Choosing your needle depth

Lip skin is thinner and more sensitive than the skin on your face. Start shallow — you can always work up, but you can't undo an aggressive session.

0.25mm — start here. The everyday depth. Best for product absorption and surface texture. Comfortable enough for 2–3 sessions a week.
0.5mm — experienced users. Noticeably more intense. Limit to once a week and only once 0.25mm feels easy. Expect redness for an hour or two afterward.
1.0mm — face and body only. This depth is not intended for lips. The lip area is thin and highly vascular; rolling it at 1.0mm can draw blood and cause lasting damage. Choose 0.25mm or 0.5mm for lip use.

How to use

Disinfect. Soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5 minutes and let it air dry. Every single time — before and after.
Cleanse. Wash your lips and pat completely dry.
Load. Fill the applicator with your lip serum, oil, or balm.
Roll. Light pressure, 4–5 passes in each direction — vertical, then horizontal. Lift between passes rather than dragging. Sixty to ninety seconds total.
Rest. Skip exfoliants, acids, and anything fragranced for 24 hours. Your lips are more absorbent than usual, which cuts both ways.
Protect. Use an SPF lip balm the next day. Freshly rolled skin burns easily.

Start at once a week. Increase only if your lips fully recover between sessions.

Before you roll

Skip Rollura and check with a doctor or dermatologist first if any of these apply:

You get cold sores. This is the big one. Microneedling over or near an active or dormant HSV outbreak can spread it across the lip area. If you're prone to cold sores, talk to your doctor about antiviral prophylaxis before your first session — and never roll over an active sore.
You have an active infection, open cut, chapping, eczema, or dermatitis on or around the lips.
You take blood thinners, or bruise and bleed easily.
You're on isotretinoin (Accutane) or finished it within the last 6 months.
You have a keloid or hypertrophic scarring history, or an autoimmune or clotting disorder.
You're pregnant or nursing.
You've had lip filler in the last 2 weeks.

Stop and let your lips heal if you experience bleeding, lasting swelling, or pain during use.

Care

Disinfect before and after every use. Air dry fully — never towel dry, it bends the needles. Store in the case, away from humidity. One person only; never share. Replace the roller after 10–15 uses: dull needles tear rather than pierce, which hurts more and heals worse.
